participant and parent (if applicable) agrees that horses, riding and
related activities are dangerous. The above named participant and
parent (if applicable) also agrees that WILDWIND FARM, their employees,
agents, heirs, or assigns, will be held harmless from liability from
any and all injuries which participant and/or horse may sustain from
any cause whatsoever while using the WILDWIND FARM facilities, or
participating in any event or other horse related activity whatsoever
at said facilities.
