Training Reservation Form
This agreement is made _______________________, between Wildwind Farm (referred to as “Stable”) located at 16525 N. Hwy. 21, Republic, WA and __________________________ (referred to as “Owner”) residing at ____________________________, as owner of the horse described in Section 2.
1. FEES
(a) In consideration of one hundred ($100.00) dollars, a deposit to be used toward the training/boarding fees of below stated horse. The reservation is for the 2011 training list. Training/boarding services will be available as listed on the waiting list on the website. Please request the month(s) you would like:________________________.
(b) In sending the deposit, the owner of the training horse agrees to deliver the horse on the 1st of the month designated for their horse. The 2011 training rates is $625/monthly, to include full care board. Not including special grain or vitamins.

3. REFUNDS
The owner understands this is a non-refundable deposit. If for some reason the said horse can not come into training, the fee may be used for another horse or other services (lessons, clinics, etc.)
4. TRAINING
The stable and trainer will try to comply with the training requests desired from the owner, within reason. Please state what kind of training you will need, and how you desire to use the horse when done with training.

5. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal action must be taken in Ferry County. The parties have executed this Agreement this __________ day of 20____.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties. Any modifications or additions MUST be in writing and signed by all parties to this Agreement. No oral modifications or additions will be considered to be part of this Agreement unless reduced to writing and signed by all parties.
