Gentle but firm training with a naturalistic approach!!!

WILDWIND'S LABOR OF LOVE

After Wildwind's Labor of Love

At Wildwind Farm, we have a program that we call a Labor of Love!  We are not a non-profit rescue organization as of yet.  But have been helping horses in need for a number of years.  The expenses have been coming out of our pocket to rehabilitate these horses.  We take horses that are unwanted, can no longer be cared for, or have behavioral issues, and hopefully through time, love and training, are able to turn them into a companion that someone will want or love.  Over the years, we have found horses with potential, in need of care and a career.  Here at Wildwind Farm, we have been accomplishing just that!

Apollo is a wonderful success story!  He came to us needing proper nutrition, worming and foot care.  After three months of all of these factors, with training added in, he is ready to be sold!  Through it all, he has a wonderful disposition, and really aims to please.  He tugs at our heart strings, because we took him in after looking at his eyes in the pictures.  He was calling to Wildwind Farm!

Wildwind's Labor of Love
We are doing the best we can at Wildwind Farm, but as everyone knows, it costs money to take care of horses.  Currently we are very limited in how many horses we can take due to funding.  If you would be willing to sponsor one of our rescue horses, you can do so through Paypal on the left.  All money sponsored will go to feed, vet care, vitamins, farrier and any other expenses our rescue horses might need.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!
